Anticipate receiving an email containing a link to package details 7-10 days before the event. This link will encompass all the necessary information for your package components including information on the delivery of your tickets.
Tickets are normally delivered no later than 24-48 hours prior to the event. If tickets are able to be delivered prior to that, they will be sent.
Mobile transfer tickets are delivered via an email from the primary ticket provider for that event. In most cases this will be from Ticketmaster, AXS or SeatGeek although there may be others such as a specific venue or team.
PDF and Mobile QR tickets will be able to be accessed by clicking the 'View for More' or 'Tickets Ready' button within your Package Details Link.
This button will change from 'Not Yet Available' to 'View for More' or 'Tickets Ready' are available.
If you are unable to locate the email from the primary ticket provider for that event, you may also find a link to claim your tickets here as well.
