When ordering a VIP Package, the included tickets are sold in what is called Zone Seating. This means exact locations and seat numbers are not designated at the time of sale but rather allotted to each order closer to the event date. Zone information was given prior to purchase in the package description as well as in the order confirmation email. Exact seating location within the listed range is not known until the tickets are received from the venue box office, team, or artist.
